Performance Development Program
The
elite sports performance development program has been set up to
maximize your
athletic
performance through a combination of training methods and specific
drills. The program is flexible enough so that you
can participate in sports while still training like a pro.
Participants will be in a professional, positive,
upbeat,
and
structured environment, and are guaranteed to become more confident,
faster, stronger,
and better overall athletes. The program has been geared
towards all athletes who are serious about improving their athletic performance.

QUALITY: Our focus is to make you technically perfect in all aspects of training and develop athletes.
PERSONAL ATTENTION: This is not a "roll out the ball and play" program. You will receive individual coaching and specific feedback at EVERY training session based on continual assessment by our staff. PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT: Every athlete is both pre and post tested to chart progress. What we teach builds every session. You must first learn the basic movements that all sports require for success, and then build off of that foundation. There are no other programs in Hillsborough, Merrimack, or Rockingham county that are organized to use this approach in the same scale or degree. ATHLETIC RETENTION: Our program requires a commitment of 4-8 weeks depending on the session. This is because in order to learn athletic moves, you must practice athletic moves repeatedly to develop consistent, positive athletic habits. 1-week long camps do very little to teach you new skills and will typically cost $300-500. What do you really get out of short camps? A $300-500 T-shirt. Usually within 2 weeks the drills learned at these camps are forgotten because the athletes do not continue to practice them. You cannot prepare for a game in one week, you prepare throughout a season. Our program mimics this philosophy and yields great benefits for those who work with 100% effort at every drill and train consistently. Who The Program Is For The
ESPDP is for ALL SPORTS and ATHLETES ages 9+. The program is
currently administered on-site in several locations including Bedford,
Hooksett, Goffstown, and Nashua. It is a comprehensive program
comprised of
conditioning, speed and agility mechanics, strength training, and other
training methods for ALL SPORTS.
Program Length
Most Sessions Run 4-8 Weeks, Meeting Either 2 or 4 Times A Week. Drop in pricing available, pay as you go $20/session. Paying in advance saves you money. Drop in payments are due on the day of the training session. YOU MAY JOIN A PROGRAM AFTER THE START DATE FOR A PRO-RATED FEE or PAY AS YOU GO. Workout On Your Home Field

We offer
competitive pricing, as little as $5/session
per athlete for teams and
small groups. The larger the group, the lower the cost per
