the chevy tahoe weighing 3 tons. The driveway had a grade and
this gave us a great total body workout. Leg press &
leg extension machine users need not apply!

pulling the truck we pushed it back to the beginning of the driveway,
which is a great way to work both the front and back side of the trunk
for balanced total body development.
![]() We
finished the day with 3 sets of flips with a 650lb tire. A
great way to build total body explosiveness along with trunk core
strength in a way weights will never fully simulate.
Excellent training for contact sports such as football,
rugby, hockey, etc.
